I simply had to get this note off to you before the evening ended. Thanks to you and your staff for a marvelous Open House. Everything was JUST PERFECT. As one of the attendees said it was attractively presented AND it tasted very good. Yes, the compliments were coming to us from left and right, as to how good the food was and where did we find you. Now that my husband and I have had the opportunity to sit and enjoy all of your preparations, we too concur that everything was exceptionally good! We missed the paprika mayo that you said was a must for the filet mignon, but it was mouth watering without it, so cannot imagine how much better it could be. The chocolate shooters are addictive.
My husband, who is very difficult to satisfy, has the highest praise for your food and the service, as do I. He said, we finally have a caterer who knows how to do things the way we like. Your staff were very efficient, competent and congenial.
In summary, you made for a very successful Holiday Open House for us and the next time we need catering, you will definitely hear from us.

"Your shrimp and grits entree is absolutely to die for. After a long long day moving, a dear friend of mine brought over your shrimp and grits (mind you, I have never been a big fan of grits) and I must say it was one of the most tasty dishes I have ever had. The grits were so creamy and full of flavor and the shrimp was perfectly prepared. I could not have asked for a better way to celebrate the first meal in our new home and look forward to trying some other dishes you offer. Absolutely fantabulous!!!!"
